We stayed two nights at the hotel. From the beginning the receptionist was very kind and polite, offering us a pastry with a glass of port wine. Very warm welcoming. The rooms are very clean and big and facilitated with everything one needs. The location is very center and the price is fair. The treatment pf the staff was great I definitely recommend!!

Very surprised to find hotel of this quality and value at this convenient location. Room is modern and spacious, designed with attention to details. Staff are friendly and helpful in offering recommendations. Steps away from public transit and tourist attractions. Also easy to find non-touristy grocery stores towards Rossi train station ;)

Excellent location! Nothing beats its location. Centrally located, and is close many restaurants and attractions. Santa Justa Lift is at your doorstep. I could see the view of Santa Justa Lift, and it was amazing. Also easily accessible from the airport by metro (metro stop: Rossio). The room was clean and cozy. Its staff were friendly. The only problem I found was the soundproof issue. I could hear quite a bit of noise coming from the hallways. Overall a great stay

Everyday clean rooms service. Excellent. The staff at the breakfast very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast . I had a problem with my health after midnight. Really worlds are not enough to explain how helpful and polite the front desk was. Any time they were available for us.we booked a trip through the hotel and we were so pleased too.
